My name is Mark Davies a local man from Heybridge and my passion is creating fine art in oils on canvas. I am self taught and have been painting since I was a child and for those old enough have had work displayed on Hartbeat with the legendary Tony Hart.
I can’t say I have a favourite subject matter as I’m truly invested in the piece of art that I am painting at the time.
I enjoy creating wild animals and pets but equally enjoy the joy of landscape painting. I also enjoy creating aviation and sci-fi pieces to sporting personalities and rock legends.
